FAQ

Why do I only print to order?
I print to order to avoid unneccesary waste of all materials and to ensure that I can fulfil orders for all, from smaller prints to large ones.

How long will my prints take to arrive?
I fulfil all orders once a week on a Friday. All prints are sent directly from the printers as they are printed to order, this ensures great quality and a quick delivery time after I place the orders each Friday.
If you are UK based you print/s will be with you with in 2-4 days. If you need it/them really urgently, just get in touch and I'll see what we can arrange for a further shipping fee. If you are in the EU or US, 3 -7 days.
Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

How will my prints be packaged?
A4 and A3 prints will be packed in a glassine paper sleeve in a sturdy cardboard envelope. A2 and A1 prints will be packaged rolled in a cardboard tube.

I will send all originals via Royal Mail or they can or course be collected from my studio in Stroud, Gloucestershire on a Friday, by prior arrangement.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
I hope that all work will be represented well enough to give you a clear view of what you will receive to prevent anything unexpected. If it is not what you had hoped for you can return to my studio within 14 days in its original packaging.
If your purchase arrives with you damaged then I will arrange for a refund or replacement if you let me know as soon as you take delivery. An original would need to be returned before being refunded. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded, retain your proof of posting as I cannot be held responsible if an item is damaged or lost whilst being shipped. All bespoke comissions are non-refundable.

How are the prints printed?
The prints are made at a trusted print London studio. They are printed on archival quality 308gsm Hahnemühle Photorag paper made from resources from sustainably managed forest.
